Jonathan C. Berman, Esq.

Jonathan Berman, Esq. is President of Berman Adjusters Inc. Jonathan is a second-generation public adjuster who brings a legal background and fresh outlook to our well-established firm. An attorney by education, Jonathan brings a unique perspective, and sharp negotiation tactics to Berman Adjusters Inc. Few in the industry have Jonathan’s background in law, which provides a tremendous asset to our clients. Jonathan’s legal training has provided him with a strong foundation of negotiation and communication tools that are rarely found in the insurance industry.

In over a decade in the industry, Jonathan has handled all types of claims for our clients, from moderate size losses to multi-million dollar catastrophes. Always available for his clients, Jonathan understands his clients’ needs and empathizes with their difficult circumstances. Jonathan handles all aspects of the claims process, including coordinating emergency services, inspecting losses, and negotiating with insurance companies. Jonathan has earned a reputation for clearly and concisely explaining the claims process and finding practical steps to assist his clients to recover quickly from a loss.

As an undergraduate, Jonathan earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Union College. At Suffolk University Law School, Jonathan furthered his education and earned a Juris Doctor degree in law and Dean’s List honors. Jonathan is a licensed attorney in the state of Massachusetts and a former member of the Boston Bar Association, American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association. Jonathan is a member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters.

Jonathan currently resides in Brookline, Massachusetts with his family.
