Lawrence W. Berman, SPPA, is the founder and CEO of Berman Adjusters Inc. For over 40 years, Lawrence has been a zealous advocate for policyholders. He has earned a reputation as an exceptionally knowledgeable insurance professional and a tireless negotiator. Lawrence is a leader in the insurance industry and is well respected by his peers and insurance company representatives alike. During his career, Lawrence has established strong professional relationships with insurance companies and their consultants. These unique relationships allow Lawrence to handle claims quickly and efficiently for his clients.

Since 1971, Lawrence has handled thousands of claims throughout the United States for homeowners, landlords, property management companies, non-profit organizations, and private businesses. Lawrence is an avid reader who enjoys learning about the complexities of the insurance business on a daily basis. Lawrence holds public adjuster licenses in 24 states.

Lawrence is a graduate of the University of Buffalo and attended Suffolk University Law School. He has served as president of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters and as chairman of its Board of Directors. Additionally, Lawrence has held the title of officer and director of the Massachusetts Association of Public Insurance Adjusters. Lawrence has achieved the designation of Senior Professional Public Insurance Adjuster (SPPA) conferred by the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters. Lawrence is involved in numerous local communities and charitable organizations.
